How to Participate
- To enter the auction email your bid with your name, age, contact details to jason@tiscali.co.uk
- The Closing Date for the auction is 6.00pm Fri 12 Sept 2008
- The County Air Ambulance Trust accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason
- Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except for employees and their families of the County Air Ambulance Trust, its advisers and agents and others connected with the organisation of this promotion
- Receipt of the bike will be subject to satisfactory completion of funds and valid photographic proof of ID
Term and Conditions
- The auction item is non-transferable
- The winner of the auction will be the person who pledged the highest price over £4,500, for the bike by 6.00pm Friday 12th September 2008
- The winner will be notified by telephone within three days of being successful
- Winners' name will be available from www.countyairambulancetrust.co.uk from 19th February 2008.
- In the event that there is more than one top offer for the bike, entrants will be contacted by the County Air Ambulance Trust.
- The winner will need to collect the bike from Streetbike in Halesowen, West Midlands, or arrange for transport.
- The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity
- By entering the auction each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
