Leintwardine Youth Group Lesley Bourgourd recently visited Craven Arms to meet Karen Foot from the Leintwardine Youth Group who had organised a sponsored walk which raised a magnificent £233. While Lesley was there the Air Ambulance landed in a nearby field after attending an incident nearby so they took the opportunity to grab a few photos with the crew and paramedics. |

Bloxwich Bullets Under 11s Bloxwich Bullets under 11s raised £800.00 in memory of Caine Small who was killed in 2006 in a motorcycle accident. Funds are being raised every year by organising friendly matches against Penyca FC from Wales. Bloxwich F.C community club have 8 teams ranging from under 7s to under 16s. The club was founded in 2005 by Derek Cox. |

Pink Haircut A social evening was held at the Blue Bell Hotel Churchstoke to present money raised by sponsorship. George Pritchard dyed his hair bright pink and had a sponsored haircut to raise money for the County Air Ambulance Trust £753.50 was presented to Stephen Hunt on behalf of the Fund. Included in this was money donated to celebrate the wedding of the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge. |

Weston Village Fete Weston village fete took place on Sat 11 June. Jack Rhodes Jones (head barman at the Woolpack) raised over £1200 for the sponsored haircut ably assisted by Grant Thompson from the Eastgate Street Barber Shop. Monkey Island Summer Fete 2010
The Monkey Island Summer fete, held at the Farmers Arms, Wellington Heath on Saturday 10th July, was a tremendous success. With glorious sunshine, fabulous setting, the community spirit set the afternoon off with a buzz in the air. Jason Dennis, Corporate Manager for the County Ambulance Trust cut the ribbon at 3pm. This year £550 was raised for the County Air Ambulance Trust. |
